Arena Rules

Please help keep our festival a safe space for everyone.

ALCOHOL & SOFT DRINKS

Please note that searches will be conducted upon entry to the ARENA. The introduction of alcohol in any form is prohibited. All bottles and cans must remain sealed. Plastic bottles must not exceed 500ml, and 330ml cans of soft drinks are permitted; refillable bottles should also not exceed 500ml. Bottles larger than 500ml are not allowed as they may be used as projectiles.

Reusable drink bottles must be empty upon entry. Complimentary drinking water is available throughout the area. The bars will gladly fill your bottle with chilled filtered water upon request. Should you arrive with a trolley, its contents will need to be unloaded for inspection.

FOOD

Hot food is not allowed inside the arena. Cooking food at the campsite and bringing it into the arena is also prohibited. However, you may bring the following cold or chilled items into the arena:
– Sandwiches
– Crisps
– Chocolate
– Nut bars
– Sausage rolls
– Fruit
– Baby food
– Food for special diets

CAMPING CHAIRS & PICNICS

Camping chairs are permitted only in the designated area. Large screens ensure visibility of the stage from this zone, allowing everyone to enjoy the festival, whether they choose to stand, dance, or sit. This arrangement is considerate of all attendees. Picnic blankets may be used within the camping chair zone or in a specified area behind the main stage’s back of house, away from foot traffic.

Please note: Glass, metal cutlery, and breakable plates are strictly prohibited.

Please remove your chair from its bag before reaching the security checkpoint to expedite entry into the arena, if possible. Be mindful that at a music festival, blankets may get stepped on; any issues arising from this are your responsibility.

Security will address potential obstructions and may ask you to move if you block emergency routes or walkways. Avoid placing chairs, coolers, blankets, and picnic items in walkways to ensure they do not obstruct emergency services. Note that cool boxes, bags, and chairs are brought into the arena at your own risk, considering the points mentioned above.

TENTS

Tents are not prohibited in the main arena. If you need a small sunscreen tent for a child, it must have a footprint no larger than 150cm square (1.5m x 1.5m) and a height not exceeding 120cm (1.2m). For safety and to prevent obstruction, place such tents in the designated seating area.

REUSABLE CUPS

We operate a reusable cup system; these cups are available for purchase at the bar. You’ll need to rinse your cup occasionally, so we’ve provided Cup Washing Stations near the bars for your convenience. Please ensure you clean your cups before reusing them, as the bars are not equipped to do this for you. To use the cup wash, turn your cup upside down and gently press down. Be cautious and protect your eyes, as the water is under pressure and may spray upwards.

TOILETS

Handwashing facilities are provided in all areas of the festival and are regularly monitored to ensure cleanliness. If you encounter any issues with the toilets, please report them to the staff at the festival help desk located in the arena.
